I use Wordpress for most of my websites, and run my personal website off it too. I've been very happy with how the Akismet plugin catches spam. Have had several friends using other blogging platforms and had to shut down the blog portion of their website because spam had gotten out of hand. Many of them have switched to Wordpress.

If you have a blog, what software platform do you use?
